1. What the Service Is

Mayin (the "Service") is a Telegram bot. You give it a brand and a category; it runs a set of buyer questions through AI models, ranks the sources those answers cite, and sends you a source map. There is no app, no account, and no login — using the bot means you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment

• The full source map is a one-time payment of $29 per brand-and-category request — not a subscription, and it does not auto-renew
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We do not store your card details
• A free teaser (the top recommended brands, without the ranked source list) is available before you pay

4. Accuracy of the Source Map

The map reflects what AI models cited when we ran your questions, as of the date the report was computed — that date is shown on the report. AI models and the pages they cite change over time; we don't guarantee the same sources will come back if the question is asked again months later, though in our testing a category's source landscape has been stable over short periods. The report is evidence of what we observed, not a permanent guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use

• No scraping, abuse, or attempts to disrupt the bot or the report pages
• No reverse engineering or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

6. Intellectual Property

You may use the report you purchase for your own business purposes, including sharing its link. The underlying source data reflects publicly available information; we make no ownership claim over the cited pages themselves.

7. Termination

We may decline to serve a request or block a Telegram user for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and paid runs can take up to 15 minutes to complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fee you paid for the request giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
