Every purchase is a single $29 payment for one brand-and-category source map, processed by Dodo Payments. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel — this policy only covers refunding a purchase you've already made.
When We'll Refund
- The payment succeeded but the report was never delivered
- You were charged twice for the same request
- The delivered map is materially thin or empty for the category you asked about — for example, the discovery run turned up no usable sources
Outside of these cases, the fee is generally non-refundable — the $29 covers the AI model calls and source-fetching work already done for your specific brand and category, whether or not the result is what you hoped for.
How to Request One
Email us with the Telegram username or user ID you paid from and the Dodo payment ID from your receipt. We review requests individually — the map is a new kind of product and we don't yet have a rigid formula for "too thin," so tell us what looked wrong.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments back to your original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5–10 business days.
